Abstract
Eighty four percent of the bacteria isolated from commercially pasteurized milk held at 4.5 C for 30 days were identified as belonging to the genus Bacillus. Organisms from the genera Micrococcus, Microbacterium, Achromobacter, and Alcaligenes were also isolated.Keywords
