Abstract
In a case of cutaneous lymphosarcoma and symptomatic hypercalcemia, there was no radiographic evidence of skeletal involvement. Both the hypercalcemia and the tumor growth were controlled by the use of continuous intravenously administered methotrexate. This antimetabolite is effective in the treatment of lymphosarcoma associated with hypercalcemia, and it may be useful in evaluating the mechanism of hypercalcemia associated with malignancy. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
