Abstract
The relationship between the couplings of Hamiltonian and Euclidean SU(N) lattice gauge theory is determined for three space-time dimensions. The technique used is the background field method, following Dashen and Gross, and Hasenfratz and Hasenfratz. © 1996 The American Physical Society. Keywords
