Abstract
A phase transition associated with the rotational symmetry breaking in momentum space in a Fermi liquid is considered. It is shown that the phase transition is connected with the violation of one of the Pomeranchuk conditions, viz., the criterion of normal state stability. The structure of flux densities of the additive integrals of motion is determined in the vicinity of the phase transition point, and a physical interpretation of the phase under investigation is also given.Keywords
