A Lethal Dwarf Mutation in the Rabbit with Stigmata of Endocrine Abnormality

Abstract
The mutation was incompletely recessive, and characterized by noticeable dwarfing and functional disorders in both heterozygous and homozygous individuals. The abnormalities suggested a primary disorder of the anterior pituitary with secondary effects on other endocrine glands.
