Abstract
Thirty generations of selection for directional asymmetry of eye size was practiced on a stock of D. melanogaster homozygous for the mutant eyeless-recessive. There was no obvious response, supporting previous findings that it is difficult to select for right- and left-handed expression of traits in Drosophila. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
