Abstract
A case of traumatic thrombosis of the right coronary artery is reported following a fall from a height. Most documented cases have occurred in atherosclerotic vessels. Differentiation from non-traumatic occlusion with or without myocardial infarction may be extremely difficult particularly if there is a long period of survival following the injury. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
