Abstract
This case report describes the speech and language characteristics of a young girl with Prader-Willi syndrome and the therapy procedures used over a 10-month period. The lack of cooperation and motivation present in this case was effectively managed with contingent reinforcement procedures, which capitalized on the food preoccupation of Prader-Willi children without upsetting the requirement for a controlled caloric intake. Keywords
