Abstract
An analytic solution has been obtained for a problem arising in the flow of a Bingham plastic through a circular tube with constant internal heat generation. The associated eigenfunctions have been evaluated numerically, and the resulting eigenvalues are tabulated. Using these eigenfunctions a solution can be obtained for arbitrary heat generation and wall flux. Keywords
