Abstract
A new preparation method for obtaining superconducting T′-(La1- x Ce x )2CuO4 is presented. The method consists of three processes: precursor material synthesis, oxidation and T′-phase formation. The single phase has been obtained for 0.065≤x≤0.08. The maximum superconducting onset (T c(onset)) and zero-resistance (T c(zero)) temperatures are 30 K and 17 K, respectively, which are obtained when x=0.065. The T c(onset) obtained here is higher than those of other T′-type cuprates. Keywords
