Abstract
✓ Two cavernous hemangiomas arising in the third and eighth cranial nerves, respectively, and presenting as space-occupying lesions are reported. The tumors posed problems in the preoperative differential diagnosis. The main clinicopathological features of these tumors are discussed.Keywords
