Abstract
Antigen-specific naive T cells accumulated in Peyer's patches only after the feeding of antigen. DCs that captured oral antigen interacted with these T cells in the IFR of PP. Some of these T cells acquired a similar phenotype to CD4(+) CD25(+) regulatory T cells and CCR9(+) gut-homing T cells.Keywords
