Abstract
The clinopathologic aspects of seven cases of Fallopian tube adenocarcinoma are analyzed. Potential early spread of this malignancy to the retroperitoneal lymph nodes and right subdiaphragmatic area is documented. Multimodality treatment of tubal cancer to include surgery, radiation, and drug therapy (alkylating agents, progestins, with or without 5‐fluorouracil and adriamycin) appears feasible and promising. Keywords
