The roentgen bone changes of chronic adult Gaucher's disease are presented. These include osteopenia, osteosclerosis, bone destruction, pathologic fracture, ischemic necrosis, and cortical changes. Obliteration of the sacroiliac joint space, a finding not emphasized in the recent literature, is demonstrated in 2 cases. The differential diagnosis is discussed.
