Abstract
The roentgen bone changes of chronic adult Gaucher's disease are presented. These include osteopenia, osteosclerosis, bone destruction, pathologic fracture, ischemic necrosis, and cortical changes. Obliteration of the sacroiliac joint space, a finding not emphasized in the recent literature, is demonstrated in 2 cases. The differential diagnosis is discussed. Keywords
