Abstract
Conjugate addition of various sp3 dialkylcuprates were performed on enoates 4a-b, γ-aminocrotonate equivalents embodied in chiral oxazolidones. The diastereoselectivity is good to moderate and allows the access to homochiral β-substituted GABA analogues.Keywords
