Abstract
The concentrations of the coenzymes NAD, NADH, NADP and NADPH were determined in human PMN [polymorphonuclear leukocytes], in those of normal and hyperthyroid guinea pigs, by a method using enzymatic cycling. The effects of incubation at 37.degree. C for 30 min are discussed. Keywords
