Abstract
Summary The penetration of acetylcholine into the interior of the resting Squid axon, which had been immersed in ACh solutions, was demonstrated by its appearance in the extruded axoplasm. The outflow of ACh from resting axons previously immersed in ACh solutions was also demonstrated.Keywords
