Abstract
Eight strains isolated from the hemolymph of moribund lobsters were classified in a new subspecies of Alcaligenes faecalis on the basis of a study of their phenotypic characteristics. The name Alcaligenes faecalis subsp. homari is proposed for this new subspecies, of which the type strain is L1 (= NCMB 2116 = ATCC 33127).This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
