Greenhouse Gas – N2O Production during Denitrification in Wastewater Treatment

Abstract

Laboratory scale experiments were carried out in order to examine the N₂O production during denitrification. The results show that a lower COD/N0³-N ratio and shorter HRT caused higher N₂O production.
