Abstract
A study of mitochondria of the cells of the adrenal cortex of the hamster was made with the electron microscope. Complex changes in mitochondria in the deeper regions of the adrenal cortex of hamsters are described. They lead to the flattening, multi-lamination, and loss of the normal tubular structure, and the formation of large multimitochondrial chondriospheres. Keywords
