Abstract

Currently, more and more overseas students who are teaching at institutions of higher education abroad are using their sabbatical leaves to come back to teach or conduct research in institutions of higher education in China. This has been receiving active support from institutes of higher education here [in China]. To promote a better development of such work by institutions of higher education, and to encourage overseas students to serve China by many different ways and means, the Ministry of Education has decided to set up the "Light of Spring" Program for Overseas Talent to Return to Work in China During Sabbatical Leave.
