Abstract
The different hydrocelectomy techniques are described and classified in 3 basic groups. The findings of a prospective randomized study in 87 patients, using representative techniques from each group, reveal that operations in which no dissection or excision of the parietal vaginalis is done are superior, since they have less postoperative complications and achieve the same results. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
