Abstract
Three patients with pyoderma gangrenosum were treated with suprapharmacologic doses of methylprednisolone sodium succinate using a 5-day pulse therapy regimen. The threapy produced a dramatic remission with minimal side effects. The effects of pulse therapy are reviewed, and its role in severe steroid-responsive dermatoses is discussed. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
