Coherence length of a normal metal in a proximity system

Abstract
The Eilenberger equations are solved to find the correlation length in the normal () part of a proximity system at a temperature which is well above the critical temperature and is not too far below (). The result is valid for any concentration of nonmagnetic impurities.
