Abstract
Capillary gas chromatography has not been commonly used in toxicology. The high number of theoretical plates and the inertness of the glass system are advantages of this technique. The present paper describes the application of this technique to identification and quantitation of methyprylon and its metabolites in blood, urine, and tissues on a whisker-walled, polyethyleneglycol-coated glass capillary column. Keywords
