Papillomas of the nasal cavity are rare fibroepithelial tumors which have a destructive capacity, may recur after treatment, and occasionally become malignant. Although they represent only a small percentage of the tumors of the nasal cavity, the wartlike clinical picture they present and the malignant potential they demonstrate make them of interest and importance to dermatologists. A case of nasal papilloma similar to a wart is recorded here.
