Abstract
The and transitions of muonic atoms of were measured. A comparison of the experimental values with calculated values was made. A modified Fermi distribution of charge of three parameters was assumed for the calculation. The calculations include corrections for nuclear polarization and extended space of the Dirac hydrogenlike atom. A range of values for the half radius, the surface thickness, and the intrinsic quadrupole moment was obtained. A description of the analysis is included.
