Abstract
The careful attention that the day-surgery staff provides to the child who undergoes a motor point block procedure can reduce the anxiety of the parents and child and significantly contribute to the overall interdisciplinary care of the patient. The experience should be a positive one for the family and for the surgical staff. Keywords
