Abstract
We present values for the energies of the , the 4p2 3P0,1,2 and 1P1 and the 4s4d3D1,2,3 and 1D2 levels in Kr vii. Lifetimes have been measured for the , 4s4d, and 4p2 1D2 and the levels. In the case of the level, a variety of methods to correct for cascading is discussed, including the technique of arbitrarily normalized decay curves, which yields an f value for the Kr vii resonance transition of 1.53 ± 0.15, in good agreement with theory.
