Abstract
N-iodoacetyl derivatives of tryptophan, leucine and phenylalanine, and iodoacetamide have significantly different toxicities in Swiss mice and inhibit the growth of sarcoma 37 in a manner bearing no apparent quantitative relationship to their systemic toxicity. Tissue distribution studies with radioactive analogs gave indications of penetration of tissue cells. Keywords
