Abstract
When Middlesex Community College opened two new campuses in 1987, the student development staff recognized the importance of recruiting and retaining a new student population of largely Southeas Asian and Hispanic immigrants. A multifaceted program—which included curriculum changes, new student organizations, and orientation activities—was developed to create a more inclusive campus environment. Keywords
