Abstract
A case of primary lymphocytic lymphosarcoma of the breast in a 74-year-old woman is presented, together with a review of the literature on 23 cases of primary breast lymphosarcoma in patients aged 60 or older. In this age group, simple local excision or mastectomy is probably sufficient. Keywords
