Abstract
Ca estimations by KMnO4 or acidimetric methods on non-deproteinized serum and cerebrospinal fluid were not constant. The errors were eliminated when the method of Halverson and Bergeim with modifications by Van Slyke and Sen-droy, and Peters and Van Slyke, was used. The method worked well with fatty and opaque sera. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
