Abstract
Electrolyte exchange was studied in myasthenia gravis before and after corticotropin therapy, using a 4 isotope dilution technique. Clinical deterioration in patients on corticotropin was associated with a fall of more than 20% in the intracellular K concentration, suggesting that all myasthenics so treated may be given K supplementation. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
