Abstract
A 74-year-old man had an isolated colonic ganglioneuroma presenting endoscopically as filiform polyposis coli. Extensive workup failed to show either von Recklinghausen's neurofibromatosis or multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) 2b. We discuss the clinical implications of this and review the literature. Keywords
