Abstract
An ex-Far East prisoner of war (FEPOW) treated with corticosteroids for severe polymyositis died from multisystem strongyloidiasis and pyogenic meningitis. At necropsy larvae were widely disseminated in the lungs, liver, heart and brain.Keywords
