Universality in the spectra of strongly correlated systems

Abstract
The response of the many-particle spectrum of a system of strongly correlated particles to arbitrary perturbations is shown to display the same universality as that derived for the single-particle properties of weakly disordered metals and recently shown to apply to numerous quantum chaotic systems.Keywords
