Abstract
Structures and absolute configurations are established for three new lignans isolated from the wood of the New Zealand gymnosperm Dacrydium intermedium Kirk by preparative h.p.l.c. of their acetates (1), (3) and (5). The 1H and 13C N.M.R. spectra of phenyltetralin lactones and acetals are described. Keywords
