Abstract
Although fairly low in incidence, paraneoplastic syndromes are numerous. Can you list most of these neurologic syndromes and describe their primary characteristics? Do you know which of these syndromes precede the onset of the causative cancer and which persist after tumor removal? For those who want to brush up on these severely debilitating and sometimes fatal disorders, Dr Mandel's article provides the essential diagnostic and therapeutic facts. Keywords
