Abstract
The reaction has been studied using monoenergetic protons from the Rockefeller electrostatic generator. Resonances in the neutron yield in the forward direction are found at proton energies Mev. The angular distribution of neutrons from this reaction at proton energies Mev has been measured with a proton recoil counter. The most probable values of the spins of the excited states in corresponding to these resonances are respectively.
