Abstract
Summary: Studies with regard to the influence of several factors on the sensitivity and specificity of serological reactions with collodion particles have been reported. The size and age of the particles, as well as the proportions of admixture of antigen and collodion to serum, have been found to be important for the optimal performance of the reactions. Keywords
