Abstract
This paper describes the set-up and procedure of physical measurements for the study of X-ray doses used in the preceding study on the comparison of the effects of X-rays on Drosophila eggs with that on ionization. Measurements at surface and depth dose ratios in water at center of field for HVL ranging from 0.1-8.7 mm of Cu and surface areas ranging from 10-400 cm,2 depths ranging from 0-30 cm and focal distances 50, 70, and 140 cm are presented in the form of charts. A few measurements in presswood and meat are described for comparison. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
