Abstract
We find that in a broad class of theories consistent with grand unification, the neutrino mixing angles are likely to be comparable to the corresponding quark mixing angles and may well be much larger in an interesting special case. This result holds for a wide range of mass ratios for the light-neutrino Majorana masses. Keywords
