The Biology of Oligonychus platani on Pyracantha1

Abstract
Oligonyilius platani (McGregor) is a serious pest of pyracantha in southern Arizona. The various stages are described. The length of the life cycle varied from 32 days at 58° to 9.6 days at 84°F. Adults lived approximately 15 days and laid about 24 eggs.
