Abstract
A patient with benign familial chronic pemphigus was treated with cyclosporin at a dose ranging from 2.8 to 3.4 mg/kg per day. There was a clear improvement in the area of skin affected and in exudation and soreness. The response was maintained for 24 weeks but there was a gradual deterioration after treatment was stopped. Keywords
