Abstract
Using a decalcification procedure for guinea pig petrous bones, we were able to prepare cryostat sections for immunohistochemical studies. A panel of monoclonal antibodies against intermediate filament proteins was then used to show a co-expression of cytokeratin and vimentin in the epithelial cells of the stria vascularis. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
