Abstract
SUMMARY: This report describes a GLC method for the simultaneous determination of serum levels of DPH and sulthiame. Methylation with TMH was employed with extraction and readout accomplished in no more than 45 min.RÉSUMÉ: Ce travail décrit une methode de détermination simultanée des niveaux sériques de la diphénylhydantoïne et de l'ospolot par chromatographic en phase liquide.On a fait la méthylation avec TMH et la lecture peut se faire en 45 minutes seulement.Keywords
