Abstract
The approach of the steepest descent method to the calculation of the totality of states is extended to the cases of a collection of harmonic oscillators coupled with rigid rotors, and of a collection of anharmonic oscillators. The equations derived are applied to a selected model and to cyclopropane. Keywords
