Chronic Disability in Mild Cases of Trench Foot

Abstract
Relatively little study has been made of the persistent signs and symptoms of trench foot and immersion foot, most papers on this disorder dealing with their acute manifestations.1 , 2 According to my experience, however, these symptoms may be disabling for at least one year and are apparently not alleviated by any of a variety of therapeutic measures, including psychiatric treatment.
