Abstract
The natural history of the dental lamina involved in the formation of the permanent molars of macaque [Macaca nemestrina] monkeys was described. Its relation to the oral mucosa and surrounding structures shows that the remnants of this lamina were unlikely to be the principal origin of keratocysts and ameloblastomas. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
